VERY BAD SERVICE

I HAVE NOW FOR THE 3RD TIME TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM. YOU STILL HAVEN'T COME
ME BACK TO ME - IS IT BECAUSE I PAID THE VERY HIGH ACCOUNT OR IS IT THAT YOU ARE JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT US AS COSTOMERS. IT IS NEARLY A MONTH NOW AND SILL I DO NOT HAVE AN ANSWER OF YOU AS MTN - I REALLY HAVE NOT HAD ENOUGH OF WAITING FOR YOU TO COME BACK TO ME. THIS IS IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN ABOUT ME A A SINGLE FISH IN A BIG POND! ABOUT THE HIGH AMOUNT ON MY MODEM. ON TOP OF THAT WE HAVE THE POOREST RESECEPTION HERE, AND SOME DAYS CANNOT EVEN PHONE OUT OR EVEN ACCESS INTERNET!!! NOW I AM ASKING YOU WHAT WILL YOUY DO IN MY SITUATION??? OR IS IT THAT WE AS MTN CUSTOMER MUST JUST GO WITH THE FLOW AND YOU FORGET ABOUT US. I THINK YOU ARE JUST PASSING THE BUCK AND DON'T CARE. PROOF ME WRONG AND GIVE ME AN ANSWER ON ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS!
