My phone has been suspended and no-one can give me answer as to why and no-one is able to re-instate the service. I use my phone for work and this is unacceptable. My due amount at the end of the month is under R600. I have a current usage of around R1900 which they also cannot tell me why it is so high. My limit as per account info is R15000 so why has my phone been suspended. I pay via debit order and have never missed a payment. I find it shocking that everytime I phone I get conflicting answers as to what is going on! On my last call yesterday they told me they would phone me back in 30 minutes and sort this out! I am still waiting and it is over 12 hours ago. I aslo enquired as to migrating to another package and was given different information as to what is displayed on the website. I expect usefull information as well as recommendations from staff at customer care and it is definitely not the case.
