After lodging a insurance claim on 29 October and only receiving my phone on 29 November I had the phone up to 17 Desember sending it back for repairs. Got it back on 6 of January. My phone was not properly fixed and has less memory than before. Again taking it back to head office having to wait another ten working days for feedback. That will be the 23 of January. About three months since lodging my claim I only had the phone for a half month. Yet getting billed every month for a service that's not supplied.
