Paid for wrong contract

I went to vodacom outlet in Polokwane Mall of the North Game store, Spoke to Asanda, and requested a top up R179 contract on blackberry, to my suprice when debit order went off it was more than the R179, when i enquired they said they made a mistake by putting it as a weekender contract type and promised to will fix it and it was never fix and i kept paying amounts more than R1000 a month, so i requested to settle the account which i did, but i'm still litsed as a slow payer on transunion, REF I3125022 and this is disadvantaging my opportunities from other credit providers, kindly assist.
