Converting expired contract to pre paid

I have two cell phone contracts. One has expired in June/July 2013. I went into the store on two occasions in 2013 to convert the expired contract to pre-paid one and nothing was done.

I also tried to get the debit order details changed with no result. Currently its still going threw my previous employers account!
