Really bad attitude from call centre personnel

Called ADSL call centre to enquire about an upgrade. Was told that my line was moving up from a 1Meg to a 2 Meg line. I enquired about a 4Meg upgrade and was told that I am being moved to a 2Meg because I was on a 1Meg. I could get no technical reason as to why I could not be upgraded to a 4Meg. I made absolutely no headway talking to this person who eventually got quite brash on the phone. I evetually asked her to put me through to someone that understands english and she hung up. Well done Telkom... with the really poor service I get from you guys... add bad attitudes to that list as well.
