One of my MTN contracts was expired in March 2013 (Cell number: 0837041445) but MTN is still taking money from my account. I have phoned Cancellation department today and changed to prepaid and cancelled the contract which is fine. But what about the money that I have over paid to MTN since my contract was expired? I want this money to be refunded to my account immediately with no delay.
