I am livid right now, for me to order a phone that took a week to be delivered, after the eventual delivery on Thursday I am still not connected to the network today, Saturday 15:00. This is after I spoke to countless agents at Vodacom centres, a Khosi, Brenda, Thato, Thobeka, still, no connection, after switching the phone off for over 5 hours today, to wait for it to connect as instructed by vodacom, I repeat, I am still not connected, on a weekend of all times. What if there is an emergency? What if my family needs me?
Please have this phone connected, I am no longer interested in contracting with Vodacom, I will go to another network provider.
Thanks for nothing, and wasting my time.
