After going into to upgrade in October, and was told they could not help me I then did it through customer care but was charged and billed for two phones which I did not receive untill after christmas, I then went to the canal walk branch to have them sort out my problem and was told I had to speak to the manager, who would call me within the next few hours, two weeks later and no end of phone calls, noone has had the decency to call me, Hence I am still paying for soemthing that is not on.
Feedback, thats a joke and response is even worse.
