About Two Mondays ago, i went into the canal walk branch to upgrade our contracts - i ordered two (2) Iphones 32 gigs in white and Denzil assisted us. He said on that Monday, new stock will arrive on Tuesday and that he will contact us to let us know when the phones arrive. BUT i still have not received any phone calls to let us know when it will arrive or heard about progress.
Every-time I call the call centre, they give me 5 different numbers to contact canal walk, HOWEVER there is never an answer and in the rare case, the answer person, cannot assist me.
I am extremely disappointed in you, MTN and feel frustrated.
I am looking forward to a prompt response!!!
