In March & April 2013 they didn't debit my acc, I paid it manually coz I didnt want my line suspended, in may they debit my monthly installment plus the R456 I paid in. I got my refund of R456 on the 4 June 2013. Sep 2013 I paid R495, on the 23 Oct 2013 my line got suspended, I cudnt undastand coz I'm up 2 date with my acc. I phn in & they ask for proof of payment. On 25 Oct they debit R779.40. My instalment per month is R249 & the way things look is they deducted the R456 that they refunded me in June. Iv been phnin ever since the 23 Oct 2013, spoke to several agents, sent in several bank statements, but haven't received my money back. As soon as your case goes to back office you can forget about it, coz they don't get back to you & there's no direct line. Back office service. If a customer owes 8ta they suspend your line, but if they owe you money, you must wait till they decide to get back to you. This happened in Oct 2013, today is the 9 Jan 2014 & I still haven't received my money back. On monday I went instore & yet they cudnt help me, they logged another case for me, case number 7367975, I phoned now & the agent told me it take 7days for any feedback, so n
