I am having a problem with my billing. It is only the 9th of January but my bill reads R1711.43. I don't understand the amount that I am charged for. Please let me know how I can be on R1700 in only 9 days and but on the My Vodacom app it shows that I am only on R556. Someone is definitely trying to rip me off. I have been calling since 10h30 am to try and sort this out. My call was cutt off on all the 7 times that I have been holding. This is the same reason you could not deduct from my account last month because we get cut off and we cant change our banking details and that is the other reason we resort to Hello Peter to get your assistance.
