After several emails, hellopeter complaints and phone calls, vodacom just made it clear today that they would rather SUGGEST to terminate your contract (to make problem go away), instead of assisting a client who were a client for 9 years. It is very clear that incompetentcy is the standard at Vodacom and they think they are untouchable. With regards to my complaints, this matter has already been discussed with the media and will soon be communicated towards the public. You are not loosing only one client, watch this space.
