Shocking service

I went into Mtn Tygervalley on Monday 7 January 2013 to enquire about a 3G internet connection. The consultant Adam told me what docs etc were required and I returned about 3 hrs later with all required docs and filled out and signed all forms. I was told authorization will take up to 48 hrs but that he would call me if it was sooner. Having not heard back from them I returned this afternoon the 10th Jan and was told that I could not speak with Adam as he was on lunch (however he was in the shop - bad answer Lizane Heyns) Lizane proceeded to send Adam an e-mail requesting him to follow up and call me as soon as his lunch was over. I am still writing. What a poor show!! :-(
