I have been satisfied and loyal towards my ISP Mweb for more then 4 years and today was the first day i get told my account has been throttled.
What upsets me most is that this AUP policy was never explained to me as such as i would have investigated it further in detail.
I cant watch movies, download anything from documentaries or update my Linux Computer applications as its to slow, which is a problem.
As their client i will have to stress and point out that this is poor service delivery within the highest regard as a 4 year loyal client/customer with not one months payment missed. I received no letter with this enforced AUP Policy.
To prevent such an occurrence taking place i am considering moving to another ISP such as Openweb who provides non of these problems. To think i wanted to upgrade to a 2meg line, and this would still have happened.
Extremely unprofessional & unsatisfactory customer service Mweb.
Very disappointed.
