After upgrading my cell phone the minutes and data were not loaded. After days of phoning into the call centre and the issue being put to a senior consultant I eventually travelled 60mins to the head office where I was met with terrible service. So terrible they couldn't even guide me in any direction and completely wasted my time and money.
I was then told my contract that I upgraded to doesnt exist. I am still waiting for them to put me on a contract that does exist. This is 8 days of terrible service. What culminated was today I recieved my debit ordered bill which was wrong. This bill was for R60 more then it should be.
I have never experienced such apathetic and terrible innefficient service n my life.
