Unauthorised debit orders

I've been a Vodacom client and after I've stopped my account with them they keep on debiting my account. I've send numerous emails to their customer support requesting to stop debiting my account without a response. It is not acceptable for a company like Vodacom to take my money without delivering a service and making it this difficult to stop them. Not even mentioning what a pain it would be to get my money back from them.
