After 5 months my phone's battery lasts only a few hours and constantly restarts. Cell C told me that I have no guarantee on the battery after 5 months. If I received a phone that is not to standard and lasts for only 5 months, why must I go through the inconvenience? If they take it to the repair centre i will have to sit without a phone for 2 to 3 weeks according to them. I need my phone for work so I cannot even be without a phone for a day.
