I think I have complained on ABSA's website about a similar experience. But ABSA obviously does nothing to improve their quality of customer service. They dont seem to care.
The service the Claims call centre provides is pathetic. This morning I spent 25minutes on the phone and eventually spoke to the right person. I called just now to follow up and spent another 18minutes on the phone and could not get to speak to anyone who could assist. This is a problem i have experienced over the years with ABSA. You cannot spend 20 minutes being transferred from one point to another.
Customer service obviously is not of importance to ABSA. I am really tired of the bad service, and I wish switching banks was an easy process.
