Fed up with poor service!!!

As usual you have to phone them cause there is always a problem (xtra view) and yet again i have phoned for them to sort it out but you have to wait 20 minutes for someone to answer your call. I have spent yesterday evening on my cell close to R100's value of airtime cause the I'm am always caller number 15. I spend R600 a month on dstv and you get poor service and then the call center agents thinks you have the world of time and money to spend on the phone. Oh by the way i still havnt gotten through to them and i have sent count less emails via their website and still no answer! And i know I'm not the only one with this problem. Another fact is that they have the stupid voice call thing and that alone takes 5 minutes to go through and still don't have any proper selection to choose such as putting you through to xtra view. I have to go to a consultant and then go on hold again to wait for xtra view department. What pathetic service!!!
