It has been over a month and my Grandparents line is still off. We reported the problem and Telkom said that the line is testing fine from their side. So if the line is fine and we tested it with 3 different phones and it is still not working what should we do??? They are both in their 70's and my Grandfather has diabetes. He is also going blind so we need this to be sorted ASAP. Is their anybody at Telkom that can help us or are we just another number on your data list?
