Incorrect billing

My company has been billed in excess of R31000 in November 2013 for services we are not even aware.
After spending more than 4 hours on the phone with the business division I was referred to the division who indicated that a forensic investigation would be carried out and requestd an affidavit from me relating to the events that took place.
This was forwarded to them and nobody even bothered to give me feedback on the progress of the investigation if in fact they are effecting this.
They paired the wrong account number with my bank account hence I was charged this amount.
The money has still not been refunded and NO assistance has been forthcoming.
I even sent them past statements ilustrating what my normal monthly expenditure amounts to but still no response.
I am going to take the legel route as this is not small change for the size of my company.
