NO SERVICE!

After receiving my account statement in December electronically while i was out of the country i emailed CELL C with no solution to my problem i immediately contacted them via their call centre upon my return. Actually, i called approximately 8 times. Each time to be told that the person/department responsible would call me back within 24 hours. They never did. Each time i called back i could hear the embarrasement of "Kurt' the Pretoria based call centre supervisor - who was very helpful and against who i have absolutely no complaint. As my request HAD to be actioned before 30 December i felt desperate after 2 weeks and me constantly calling and not once did the required department call me back. My problem has now been multiplied by about 9000 times i.e. rands! NO THANKS to CELL C!

Additionally - is it not a breach of contract to offer a mobile service that NEVER has connectivity???

After 13 years with VODACOM I unfortunately was convinced to change to CELL C last year - a decision i regret more and more with each passing day of no connectivity and/or signal!!!

CELL C - do NOT advise you will contact me so you look good on this forum!
