Frustrated at the lack of response

I would like to express my frustrations at the way email claims are handled by CAMAF.
On a few separate occasions I have emailed through invoices for claim and realise I have not received any response from CAMAF weeks later. When I call through, they tell me the invoice is not readable or they cannot see the practice number for example and ask me to re-scan the invoice to them.
My issue is - why can they not notify us on receipt of the invoice that it is not adequately readable? Yes the problem does get sorted out eventually but they simply ignore the claim if the invoice is not to their liking.
I am simply asking for CAMAF to be a little more proactive in this regard.
