Wrongfully Debited After contacting Contact Centre

On 07th Jan 2014 I received my new statment for payment on the 25th Jan 2014. I noticed that I had a double invoice on my statment and phone into the service centre on the 07th Jan to get it Rectified. I spoke to a sibongile at that stage and he then indicated to me that it was an error they were having with their billing system and should ignore the invoice. on the 25th Jan 2014 I was dibited for the wrongful invoice. Now I am being told this was for delivery. My initial Delivery charge was paid in Oct 2013 when I received my first invoice and statment. Now they passed R20 credit as the invoice should only have been R70.00 and when telling them it is in correct they now still need to go and investigate if anything else was delivered. I did no get any thing else from Nashua Mobile in January 2014 thst needs to be billed delivery for. This is so unnessacary and unacceptable.
