What a poor service from Vodacom!!! i have been calling since this morning to try and resolve my BB internet service... i have BIS which i purchased this morning and is currently active on my phone but i cannot access any internet services... i am not getting any services but yet i am billed!! They said i will be contacted after 24hours... but they have my ref#, why cant anyone take a full responsibility and assist me??? My BIS will be active for 30 days... meaning if my problem is resolved, i will have only 28 days left to use... and the other two will be forfeited because of poor service from Vodacom!!!

As for Akhona, she doesn't know what she is doing. She failed to assist me. I think she needs a propoer training. I even asked her to transfer me to the senior staff, she refused?? but at the same time she cant assists me!!!

ans i call again... i spoke to Lebogang, whom he promised to call me back... as always they run away from their responsibility by saying that... they never call back!!!

I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY AT VODACOM!!!
