Billed for services after it was confirmed cancelled!!! Ref #3338207
On the 22nd April I received an email from Multichoice confirming that I was paid up and that the services was cancelled. This after the initial cancellation was not processed properly and I had to pay because their system can not cancel all services when you request it, you have to contact various departments. FIX YOUR SYSTEMS so that all cancellations can be done as a one stop service
On Friday I received another bill with an amount outstanding for 30 Days? How is this possible is if it was confirmed cancelled and I paid the total amount as per your emails?
