I cancelled my contact due to a breach of contract from Car tracks side, these contracts were cancelled in Aug this year and eventually after a hassel they removed their units the first week of September, now in November they are calling me asking why I stopped Septembers payment? I tell you why, BECAUSE the contract was cancelled!!! I then get threathened with being listed on ITC as a bad payer, I can gaurentee you should this happen I will take this to the CPA this is not on!! why am I being billed for something I didn't use?
This must be corrected ASAP or I shall take further legal action against Car Track!
