In short a service that had been cancelled for almost a year is still being billed for, even after meeting with Nxatel representatives three months ago. It goes to show that the issue never got attention after I left. Even after another batch of emails and telephone calls (which you wait so long to get through) the issue is still left unattended.
Nxatel is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in all of my business dealings. Do not sign up for any of their services, ever.
