Still being billed for contracts were cancelled

We are very unhappy with the response and service. We cancelled two contracts but still we are being billed for them, the one number 0814548981 was cancelled in Aug 2013 and the other in Nov 2013 0815907220 but still getting billed. We had to log new cases in Dec 2013 to get this sorted but Sihle doesn't come back to us with feedback, we have to go into the Clearwater branch every time to find out what is happening with the accounts. We had an arrangement with Sihle that we will manually pay the accounts as they keep on debiting us with the wrong amounts, when I went to deliver the deposit slip to him on the 3rd of Dec 2013 he was on lunch. I spoke to another lady and asked her to check as on the Dec 2013 accounts we are still being dedited for the cancelled contracts which Sihle promissed that it was sorted. She then replied that no one has worked on these cases since it was logged. We feel that the service is just to bad and we have decided that when our contracts comes up for renewalo that we will rather cancel it. Please could you check into this as it's a bid too much at this moment to9 swollow.
