I have been a client with Nashua Mobile for 5 years and decided to cancel my contract due to poor service. My termination letters were sent through last year in August and amounts were still being debitted off my account. Nashua Mobile still refuses to cancel my contract immediately when they are at fault expecting me to go through the usual waiting period. I have dealt with Dimonet and Anita who have no understanding of email etiquette and manner in which to address a client.
Overall pathetic experience!! Why should you go through a middle man who is unable to deliver above average service, I would rather go directly to the service provider.
