The HTC One X on MTN can't update to Jelly Bean, the new version of Android (Supporting article: [URL Removed] and I've tried a couple of times.

According to the article MTN said that it will work by the end of that week which was 20 January 2013. But still I cant update.

Since I have sent MTN 2 emails (REQ:1668150 and REQ:1678192) but have not received any reply yet and it is almost two weeks now.

This is very frustrating since Jelly Bean has been out since November 2012, but it seems like if you are in SA and on MTN that there are no hurry in trying to support current customers.

I just tried again but yet again the update failed. I can handle the update not working but what I cant handle is no replies on my emails. All I want is an answer on when I will be able to update my phone. I have used 1.8GB (6 * 300MB) already trying to update my phone.

Please reply! I hate moaning on hello peter to get a reaction from a company, should not work like that!
