Galaxy Note GT-N7000 JB Update

It has now been 7 months since the Jelly Bean update was released for the international version of this handset, and STILL Samsung has not released it to this device in SA. Yet they've probably released about 10 new handset models during this period! I recently read that Samsung lost about $12-billion after launching "too many phones". Well all I can say is SERVES YOU RIGHT! Confusing prospective customers whilst at the same time ticking-off present customers sounds like a winning recipe for losing market share really fast! Case in point: the dismal experience with my N7000 swayed me to get an iPad rather than the 10.1" Galaxy Note tablet I originally intended getting. You guessed it, when my cell phone contract is over, I'm getting an iPhone too! Despite my affinity for the Android platform, I'm done supporting manufacturers that only want to support it by exploiting it.
