No Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S2

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and the United states have already rolled out the update for the Galaxy S2 from as early as March 2013, and South Africans still wait with bated breath for the update.

Samsung South Africa is aware of the update, but theres no indication of when the update will be rolled out. CAN IT REALLY BE THAT DIFFICULT?

This is very disappointing for a valued Samsung customer.
