4th repair and phone is still broken

So i FINALLY got my fone back from its 4TH repair, and after a whole month, despite Autopage telling me that my issue wud be given, "Top Priority." Apart from it rebooting immdiately, it even refused to do a restore. I was told after much frustration that i would be given a new fone, but all i came back with yesterday was a another "refurbished, " one. to again? To add to my list, I have no idea how Rodney and Peter at Autopage Centurion are even still employed. In the week not only did Rodney make me wait for nearly 40 mins he even cut my calls while i tried to contact him. i have to ask though, could this possibly be an indication of Autopage's pathetic HR who cant seem to even hire anyone professional or reliable? Then Peter takes my call on sat and agrees to look for the fone but doesnt even take down the model or my name? He still doesnt call me back despite promising to do so. Really? Is this the incompetent staff on Autopage's payroll? I appeal to all people looking for contracts, do not take out a contract with Autopage. Il update you in another 5 days about how no one called or some anon guy from head office telling me to, "follow protocol, " STAY AWAY FROM AUTOPAGE!
