After mnths of struggling 2 download music content, I find out last year I'm on da wrong BIS option (was on Uncapped), initially I could download. Contact MTN Call centre notified they stopd al dl 2012 Oct. Anyways, last year on line wit em aftr bcumin aware dat friends on same network is able 2 download. Dan I'm told, sori u on da wrng BIS option, I than select da BIS Lite option 2 which I'm notified will allow music DL. From November 2013 all is well, able 2 DL and all ok. Nw all of a sudden same issues again??? Like wat da, call MTN spk 2 Phindi Dlamini who's service is beyond pathetic!!! All he can say is sorri Its stated in T&C's u nt able 2 DL anymre since last year Aug 2013. Really??? Wat happend wen I cud DL last year??? Then spks ova a person and no chance in speakin, ask 4 a Manager, aftr bein on hold 4 10min (silence) I gt told manager is not avail, only a Team Leader. Team leader says u can DL jus nt frm Certain sites MTN listed. Hweva we r unable 2 advise u which sites 2 DL frm, only which u wnt b able 2 DL... Really MTN, leavin years of service with Vodacom 2 come 2 u 4 dis???
