My Two contracts expired on the 9th of May and I requested cancellation a month earlier. They were quick to ask if I wanna keep the numbers as prepaid, which I refused and opted to have the numbers cancelled. Since then, I still haven't heard from them. I have been calling the call centre but I'm surprised when I'm told they never received any request from me to cancel the contracts, yet I have email from a lady called Melissa from the retention division.
Is it that hard to cancel the expired contract? the reason non renewing was due to poor service I received in the past two years.
Can someone competent deal with my query before I take this further. I'm opening a smear campaign against 8ta and let the public know that taking a contract with you is more like a life sentence.
