Surly and unhelpful technician

It's a pity [URL Removed] has such a surly and unhelpful technician working for them at the Sunninghill branch. He was most unhelpful and rude when I had an issue with my iPhone screen (of which he replaced in September) and should be barred from speaking to customers, as he is sure to drive business away from the company. There are many people out there who want and deserve jobs - [URL Removed] find someone else to be your technician as because of him you have lost me as a customer.
