I have received the most rude service from a lady in Rosebank by the name of the Skholilwe 20.12.13 16H00.. I was asking about my refund, she kept on putting the phone down on my ear told me that she was busy with other customers & I am not important as the customer in front of her. She is very rude & people like her should not deal with customers. I did my application for a refund on the 02.Dec.2013 which I was told I will get it within 7 days even after 14 days I still do not have my money. I even went to the station myself 2 days in a row both on Thursday & Friday she did not seem to care kept on calling other customers in front of me.
