On Wednesday 30 January 2013 I had reported a dead line to Telkom after they had worked on my mother in laws line. I had asked them to have it fixed by sunday 3 February 2013 since the line was repaired on the 20th of 5ecember 2012 after being down for 3weeks. I had then phoned them. On Friday 1st of February 2013 when I was once again told it would be fixed. Samething happened on Saterday 2 February 2013. When I was told it would be fixed on Sunday 3rd of February 2013. Sunday has come and gone and the problem still has not been resolved. What are we paying for???
