I call Saturday to log a fault the lady fixed it in 5 min THX lady.

The Fault returns Sunday so i call telkom sorry sir i will put you trough to POOOOPOOOOPOOOO.
I call back sorry sir cant help you good bye. some more POOOOPOOOOPOOOO.
I call back sorry sir maintenance is being done you cant access internet till next week sometime.

What am i paying for here??? is it part time internet??? NO!!!
Sunday i am home most of the day and i pay for internet why??
So it can be off. NO!!! So i can have internet that's why.

Pleas fix my line as you can clearly see here i relay board without it.
