My ADSL service stopped working on the 11th of November 2013.
I have logged the call and haven't received any feedback as to the fault or when they will have it resolved.
I escalated at the Telkom shops phoned the call centre and even received an invoice, when I escalate to the shop stating that I will not process payment the technician came out two days later.
But the Technician said that he has to go to the exchange and will get back to me.
This was on Saturday the 4th and till today still haven't heard anything.
Please can this be escalated so that service can be restored.
