I have had a major issue with Vodacom and this issue has pursued since the 15th of November. I was promised that all the problems would be sorted out by the 1 January when everything would fall into place - I am still not happy as I am now unable to use certain services as my MSISDN is not provisioned to do so. I have called into the call centre a number of times with the same complaint - they keep telling me that it says I am able to use the service on their side and that I must switch my phone on and off to activate... I have done this a number of times now and it still doesn't work. I have not had proper cellphone service for almost 3 months now and I am going to THE CONSUMER PROTECTION OFFICES for some assistance as this is becoming a joke. After everything I have been through because of your incompetency and its still not fixed!!! What is wrong with you people??? You have failed me as a customer and I feel helpless. And all the while you send me your invoices and I pay them without fail. If I waited for you to fix my service before I paid the bill then I would be three months in arrears. Why should I be forced to pay for a service that I am not receiving?
