TRANSFER APPLICATION

I want to transfer my cellph from the company name into my personal name so I can have authority on my own acc. I phoned MTN call centre and they told me to submit the documents they needed to [Email Removed] and they will be processed in 3 to 4 days, this sounded so much easier then I thought. I sent the documents through on the 20th DEC & got a confirmation e-mail saying that they will respond shortly. I heard nothing from MTN, I called them on the 15th Jan and they said that it takes 30 days which was completely different information then what I previously received from the same call centre. I still heard nothing from MTN so I called again on 28th Jan, they said they had not processed my request yet and I recalled 5 mins later in the hope of speaking to someone more helpful and held for 20 min while she spoke to her supervisor and they promised to get back to me in 24 hrs. I have heard nothing further from MTN and think this is the most pathetic service I have ever received, how many days can it take to process a simple change of ownership! Why do they waste there time having call centre agents that no absolutely nothing about what is going on in the business.
