I have had this line installed just over a month ago and I have not had a single week of good connectivity. I do how ever have a list of fault reporting referancece. some that were adhered to some that were closed because someone thought fault was repaired and felt like closing the referance. Best part i just got a sms to say my account has not been paid. im looking at my proof of payment in my hand. besides the ordasity to ask for payment for a service or actually lack there of. i asked today to speak to a manager - to my suprise, there was none available but was assured that this figment of telkoms immagination would return my call with in the hour. no suprise when nothing happened. i really hate the fact that we are still stuck with the patheticness of helkom. transnet has openned to the private sector and there are people who know what service is all about. no longer manopolised by one transport company . y not do the same for telecomunications. i know why. because every telkom employee will be with out a job with in a WEEK
