MIRA RUNNING CELL PHONE DEBITS WITHOUT AUTHORITY

I USE 2 CELL SERVICE PROVIDERS, NAMELY CELL C AND MTN. YESTERDAY I RECEIVED MY CELL C BILL AND REVIEWED THE CHARGES AND ON THE ITEMISED BILLING APPEARED "MIRA" A CHARGE OF ALMOST R9.00 PER DAY. I DONT SUBSCRIBE TO THESE ITEMS. I CALLED MTN AND THEY MENTIONED THAT IT ALSO APPEARS ON MY MTN STATMENT AND IF I WANTED TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTIONS I NEEDED TO DIAL *140*5#. I QUICKLY CANCELLED THIS AND WENT ON TO CELL C WHO HAS BEEN ALLOWING THE DEBIT SINCE OCTOBER 2013 TO DIAL 0861106472 TO ENQUIRE AS TOO WHO APPLIED FOR SUCH SERVICE. ON CALLING A VOICE PROMPT DONT ALLOW U SPEAK TO ANYONE RATHER TO FEED IN THE CELL NUMBER FOR CANCELLATION. THIS IS AND WHEN CONSIDERING THE IMPACT MIRA CAN BE RAKING IN MILLIONS OF RANDS PER DAY AS PEOPLE WHO DONT ENQUIRE WILL CONTINUE TO BE BILLED. OFF ALL THINGS TO SUBSCRIBE TO THESE R THE SMS SENT TO ME "Uthando oluhlekazi; yilolo lwemilomo emibili ihlngana ngokuqalana" the next one was " Awushodi ndawo ukuba ube yikho konke kwami" and so one. I am not sure what it means however 1 lines are still not worth R9.00 per day. The fact that these sms appear on 2 separate cell service providers may me suspect that the collectors of these funds add on cells
