Cell C Allowing Transactions

On the 16 Dec 2013, I decided to check my cellphone balance, only to realise that it was higher than the contract I signed for. I called Cell C to enquire. According to their Call Centre, R7 a day was being deducted and that MIRA networks was responsible for the deductions. Alarmed, I asked how this happened and who MIRA was. The agent directed me to MIRA's details. I called the MIRA number 0861106472. Please press #1 to unsubscribe was the answering machines ONLY option. This made me very wary. I called Cell C again and the agent said to go to *133*1# to unsubscribe. Everything seemed to suggest that I was in a web of activity. I probed further. MIRA responded via e mail that I signed up after a link was sent to my number. I am not sure where they got my number, but a company called [URL Removed] MIRA) said I signed up within 1 minute around 9am on the 18 November. In a method contrary to all CPA regulations, I was sent links which I apparently clicked within 20 seconds and Cell C started billing me. Cell C has my banking details. Cell C has the relationship with these Companies, so something is very wrong when deductions are made without the customers knowledge.
