I Have phoned the call centre this morning to try and resolve a problem and spoke to Four different people trying to resolve a issue and ended up sending an e-mail to the CEO and still no reply. The answer from a lady working at Vodaworld said to me that the call centres are being outsourced and that I could only speak to one of there managers. I have tried everything with no success. A MULTI BILLION company and this is the way we are being treated. NO Vodacom users this is not right...
