Cell C allows third party suppliers, like Mira Networks, to bill my account without my express permission. You will find hundreds of similar complaints on Hello Peter. All Cell C says is "Tough luck" this is your problem. If Cell C really cared about their clients they would have put a clause in their contract with Mira Networks that allowed Cell C to refund their clients in full, if their client queried the unlawful deduction from Mira Networks. Cell C is effectively allowing 3rd parties to sour their client relationships. Cell C leave me with no option, but to cancel my contract and advice all my contacts to do the same.
My suggestion to everyone is to log a complaint with WASP and ICSA, when Cell C allows Mira Networks to deduct money form your account.
