I have 2 data contracts with MTN near expiry and want to give the one month notice to cancel my contracts. Went to a branch which referred me to call 808 from an MTN cellphone. I've been struggling to get through to a retention officer for more than a hour now (and the background music is driving me crazy). It's so quick and easy to take money but when it comes to service after sales, MTN does not care. You've lost me as a client forever!
